SHIPPING

Products shall be delivered to the address in the United States you have provided in your order after the completion of the order and payment process. Orders shipped using priority delivery will take (3) to (7) business days to arrive once processed, with the exception of Holiday orders (please see that below). Please be aware that it may take between 24-48 hours for credit/debit card authorization. Orders purchased on the weekend, including Friday will take longer to arrive. A standard rate shipping & handling fee will be applied to your purchase at checkout.

 

HOLIDAY and GUARANTEED SHIPPING

Holiday shipments do not have a promised delivery time as we have no control on how fast the postal service will deliver your package. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery during the holidays, due to high volume. Holidays include, but are not limited to: Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Kwanza, Christmas. For guaranteed shipping times, you must request and purchase expedited shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to Canada and Europe internationally via the United States Post Office at this time. The USPS does not offer tracking information with international first class packages or flat rate priority mail packages. IN order to receive tracking information on your international package, you MUST request express mail shipping. To purchases Express Mail shipping, PLEASE contact us BEFORE you check out.

International shipments can take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. We have no control over how fast you receive your package unless you upgrade to expedited shipping.

 

INSURANCE/LOST AND OR DAMAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSURED BY YOU ONCE WE GIVE THEM OVER TO THE POSTAL SERVICE. IF your packages is lost, WE are not responsible. WE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AS PROOF OF MAILING. Please contact your local post office if any issues occur. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM OR ON PAYPAL.

We recommend that you ship with insurance and signature in case of any rare event. Please tell us the amount you'd like to insure, and we will add it to your shipping costs. Signature confirmation and extra insurance can be purchased if you would like to sign for your package. Signature confirmation assures that your package will not be left at your door if no one is there to sign for it.  To purchase signature confirmation, PLEASE contact us BEFORE you check out.

 

STORE PICK-UP

The products are delivered exclusively in the United States of America to the point of sale selected by the Customer from among those specified and available at check-out, only after B Divine has received payment for the order. B Divine will deliver the products, making them available to the Customer at the selected point of sale no later than 30 days from the date on which the Customer submitted the order.

If the Customer does not pick up the products from the selected store within 7 calendar days from the date on which he/she was notified of the products' availability at the selected store, the products ordered will be returned to the warehouse. After 14 days the order will be voided WITHOUT refund.
