At this time, all sales are FINAL and we do NOT issue refunds. Our desire at BDC is that you have a wonderful shopping experience. All items offered in our store are crafted individually. As such, no two items are ever exactly the same. We ask that you carefully double check your order (and garment size) before finalizing your purchase.
We ONLY exchange items if they are defective or damaged when received and ONLY for items that have duplicates. Further, we must be notified of the defective or damaged item within 5 days of delivery. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You MUST contact us within 5 days of your item being delivered. Once your exchange has been approved, you must send your item back within 5 days. We will not accept your exchange after 5 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. These include:
- Gift cards
- Face masks
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt for proof of purchase.
For US domestic orders, we will provide a shipping label. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will be informed via email when your item has shipped; we will follow our regular shipping policy for this.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
